IF WE INSTALL
Ellison Marine will guarantee materials and workmanship for a period of one year from ship date based on normal conditions.

Experience
Ellison Marine is a family-owned boathouse and bulkhead business established in 1951. We build floating piers, stationary docks, and bulkheads. We have many personal references which we will furnish upon request. IF YOU INSTALL
Docks are priced F.O.B. Franklin, Texas. A set of step-by-step installation instructions are included. We are available to deliver and install if necessary. Structures are designed to be hauled on a 16', two-axle trailer.
